Ideas we live by.

Minimalism.

‘Love people + use things, because the opposite never works’ - Joshua Fields Millburn, The Minimalists. Go simple, go slow. The important thing is to just go.

Conscious living.

We aim to always question our motives + let go of expectations. We’re committed to living a life in which we contribute to something bigger.

Well-being.

Finding roots in our routine, our daily practices of meditation, reflective writing and yoga keep us grounded and help us find stillness in the constant motion.

Growth.

Forever the student, we are always looking for ways to learn and grow, through our study of yoga, ancient philosophy + the wisdom of nature.
